Settlement Class Member List means the list of all persons who, according to Bank of America’s business records, fall within the definition of the Settlement Class, which will be provided by Defense Counsel to the Settlement Administrator in accordance with the terms and provisions of Paragraphs 62 to 63 hereof.

Settlement Class Member List means the list of all known Settlement Class Members to be provided by counsel for Bangor to the Settlement Administrator in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section III.C.1. hereof. The Settlement Class Member List will be compiled by Ankura based on reasonably accessible transactional data and other information provided by Bangor.
