Preliminary Approval Order definition

Preliminary Approval Order means the order, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be entered by the Court preliminarily approving the Settlement and directing that notice of the Settlement be provided to the Settlement Class.

More Definitions of Preliminary Approval Order

Preliminary Approval Order means the Order Preliminarily Approving Derivative Settlement and Providing for Notice to be entered by the Court, substantially in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto, which, inter alia, preliminarily approves the terms and conditions of the Settlement as set forth in this Stipulation, directs that the notice of the Settlement be provided to Current Mammoth Shareholders, and schedules the Settlement Hearing in order to consider whether the Settlement, Fee and Expense Amount, and Service Awards should be finally approved.
