Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel shall insert the correct dates and deadlines in the Notice before the Notice Program commences, based upon those dates and deadlines set by the Court in the Preliminary Approval Order.
No later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the deadline provided in the Preliminary Approval Order for Class Members to object to the Settlement Agreement, Class Counsel may file an application with the Court for payment of a Service Award to the Named Plaintiff in an amount not to exceed seven thousand five hundred U.S. dollars ($7,500.00).
