Preliminary Approval Order definition

Preliminary Approval Order means the Court’s order preliminarily approving the Settlement Agreement and, among other things, ordering that notice be provided to the Settlement Class, and in the form of or materially in the form of the proposed Preliminary Approval Order attached as Exhibit E.
Preliminary Approval Order means the Order preliminarily approving the Settlement Agreement conditionally certifying the Settlement Class for settlement purposes, and directing notice thereof to the Settlement Class.
Preliminary Approval Order means the order, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be entered by the Court preliminarily approving the Settlement and directing that notice of the Settlement be provided to the Settlement Class.

  • Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel shall insert the correct dates and deadlines in the Notice before the Notice Program commences, based upon those dates and deadlines set by the Court in the Preliminary Approval Order.

More Definitions of Preliminary Approval Order

Preliminary Approval Order means the proposed Order Granting Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement, Approving Form and Manner of Notice, and Setting Date for Hearing on Final Approval of Settlement, which, subject to the approval of the Court, shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Preliminary Approval Order means the proposed Order Granting Preliminary Approval and Approval of PAGA Settlement.
