Settlement Class Counsel or “Class Counsel” means, collectively, the law firms of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP; Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx PLLP; Cotchett, Xxxxx & XxXxxxxx, LLP; and Xxxxxxxxx Gluek PLLC.

Settlement Class Counsel means the law firm of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx LLP.
