Payment Claim definition

Payment Claim means the claim for payment made by the Supplier in accordance with this Contract.
Payment Claim means any written claim made, or to be made, by the GBCA to the Applicant requiring any Fee to be paid under clause 3;
Payment Claim means a claim for payment made by the Contractor pursuant to Clause 32.1(1).
