More Definitions of Settlement Administration Costs

Settlement Administration Costs means costs to be paid for all actual, customary, and reasonable costs and fees incurred in the administration of this Settlement Agreement, which includes costs and fees incurred for the purpose of (1) compiling necessary Eligible Consumer information and providing notice directly to Eligible Consumers and including notice by publication or paid media as may be needed to effectuate adequate notice, (2) completing administrative tasks, and (3) processing information gathered about Eligible Consumers. Such Settlement Administration Costs expressly include those fees or costs payable to the settlement administrator appointed by the States.
Settlement Administration Costs means the costs and expenses reasonably and actually incurred in obtaining the services of the Settlement Administrator to facilitate the Settlement, including but not limited, to costs of sending Notice to Settlement Class members and costs of sending Settlement Class Member Payments to Settlement Class Members.
