Administration Costs. The Borrower shall pay the Bank for all reasonable costs incurred by the Bank in connection with administering this Agreement.

Administration Costs. All administrative costs incurred by the Settlement Administrator to administer this Settlement including the cost of notice to the Class Members, settlement administration, and any fees and costs incurred or charged by the Settlement Administrator in connection with the execution of its duties under this Agreement, which shall not exceed $15,000. All Administration Costs shall be paid from the Qualified Settlement Fund.
Administration Costs. Unless provided for in the Statement of Work or Service Schedule, and agreed in writing in advance, there is no fee payable for routine administration and preparation time for the delivery of the Services.

If the actual administration costs are less than the amount allocated in this agreement, or if the Court awards less than the amount requested, the difference in the amount allocated in this agreement and the amount awarded by the Court will become part of the Net Settlement Amount for distribution to Participating Class Members.
