Administration Costs. The Borrower shall pay the Bank for all reasonable costs incurred by the Bank in connection with administering this Agreement.

Administration Costs. All administrative costs incurred by the Settlement Administrator to administer this Settlement including the cost of notice to the Class Members, settlement administration, and any fees and costs incurred or charged by the Settlement Administrator in connection with the execution of its duties under this Agreement, which shall not exceed $15,000.
