Administration Costs. 1. Supporting documents showing the calculation of administration costs. Personnel:
Administration Costs. All administrative costs incurred by the Settlement Administrator to administer this Settlement including the cost of notice to the Class Members, settlement administration, and any fees and costs incurred or charged by the Settlement Administrator in connection with the execution of its duties under this Agreement, which shall not exceed $15,000. All Administration Costs shall be paid from the Qualified Settlement Fund.
