Fee and Expense Award means award(s) by the Court to Settlement Class Counsel for reasonable attorneys’ fees and reimbursement of reasonable costs and expenses incurred in the prosecution of the Action, including any interest accrued thereon.
Fee and Expense Award means such funds as may be approved and awarded by the Court to Class Counsel and/or Plaintiffs’ Counsel to compensate them for conferring the benefits upon the Class under this Agreement and for their professional time, fees, costs, advances, and expenses incurred in connection with the Action and the Settlement.
