Service Provider Contracts definition

Service Provider Contracts have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a)(vii).
Service Provider Contracts is defined in Section 3.1(g) of this Agreement.

Service Provider Contracts has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(c)(iii). Taxes has the meaning provided in Section 4.2(k)(i).
Service Provider Contracts means those Contracts of the Company that are particular to the cannabis industry (i.e. Contracts that specifically reference cannabis and/or are essential to the conduct of a Company’s business as currently conducted or intended to be conducted in the near future).
