Without limiting the foregoing, the Borrower for itself and on behalf of its Subsidiaries agrees that the Administrative Agent is hereby authorized to file, at such times as the Administrative Agent deems necessary or desirable, Filing Statements naming the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries as debtor and describing the collateral as “all personal property” or “all assets” of such debtor whether now or hereafter acquired, or words of like import.
