Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).
Parent Reports means all forms, reports, statements, information, registration statements and other documents (as supplemented and amended since the time of filing) filed or required to be filed by Parent with the SEC since December 31, 2018 through the date hereof.

As of the date hereof, there are no outstanding comments from, or unresolved issues raised by, the SEC with respect to any of the Parent Reports.

Parent Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.07(a).
