Public Reports includes all reports filed by Company under the Act or the Exchange Act, including pursuant to Section 13(a) or 15(d) thereof, for the two full fiscal years preceding the Effective Date and thereafter.
Public Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 3(e) below.
Public Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(d).
Examples of Public Reports in a sentence
Public Reports of Mineral Resources must specify one or more of the categories of ‘Inferred’, ‘Indicated’ or ‘Measured’.
Estimates of tonnage and grade outside of the categories covered by the Code may be useful for a company in its internal calculations and evaluation processes, but their inclusion in Public Reports could cause confusion.
Companies are encouraged to provide information in their Public Reports, which is as comprehensive as possible.

More Definitions of Public Reports
Public Reports means (i) Borrower’s annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2014, as amended, and (ii) Borrower’s current reports on Form 8-K filed with or furnished to the SEC after December 31, 2014.
Public Reports means the reports filed with the Commission by the Company pursuant to the Exchange Act (see Exhibit 9).
