Related to Sales Representative Agreements

  • Sales Representative means a professional pharmaceutical sales -------------------- representative engaged or employed by either Party to conduct, among other sales responsibilities, Detailing and other promotional efforts with respect to the Collaboration Products and who has been trained by either Party in accordance with a training protocol to be agreed upon by the Parties.
