The Designated Senior Representative is hereby authorized to make any such endorsements as agent for each of the Second Priority Representatives or any such Second Priority Secured Party.
If any Second Priority Representative or any Second Priority Secured Party shall, at any time, receive any proceeds of any such insurance policy or any such award in contravention of this Agreement, it shall pay such proceeds over to the Designated Senior Representative (or after the Discharge of Senior Obligations, the Designated Second Priority Representative) to receive such amounts in accordance with the terms of Section 4.02.

The Borrower agrees to deliver to the Designated Senior Representative copies of (i) any amendments, supplements or other modifications to the Second Priority Collateral Documents, and (ii) any new Second Priority Collateral Documents promptly (and, in any event, within 3 Business Days) after effectiveness thereof; provided that the failure to deliver such copies shall not affect the effectiveness or validity thereof.
