Rules of Order definition

Rules of Order. (Rules of Procedure) means the applicable procedural rules and rules of conduct contained in this by-law. The proceedings of the Council and its Committees and Advisory Panels, the conduct of the members, and the calling of meetings will be governed by the rules and regulations contained in this by-law.
Rules of Order means the Rules of Order for the Convention of the Diocese of California, as described in Canon VI, Section 6.07.

Rules of Order means the rules, established by this By- Law to govern the proceedings of Council and its Committees.
