LAW TO GOVERN. This Agreement is executed and delivered in the State of Texas and shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
LAW TO GOVERN. This Trust Agreement and the Trust established hereunder shall be governed by and construed, enforced and administered in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland and the Trustee shall be liable to account only in the courts of the State of Maryland.
LAW TO GOVERN. The validity, construction, and enforceability of this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Arizona applicable to agreements negotiated, executed, and performed in Arizona regardless of whether either of the parties shall not be or hereafter become a resident of another state or country, except as to any matters which are required to be governed by the laws of any other jurisdiction.
LAW TO GOVERN. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
LAW TO GOVERN. A. This Contract is made under and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. If any portion of this Contract is found to be unenforceable the rest and remainder of the Contract shall remain in full force and effect so as to effectuate the intent of the parties. Each party acknowledges that it has had an opportunity to review this Contract with counsel and this document shall be construed fairly and equitably so as to effectuate the intention of the parties irrespective of who is determined to have been the drafter of the document.
LAW TO GOVERN. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the law (other than the law governing conflict of law questions) of California.
LAW TO GOVERN. 14.01 This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
LAW TO GOVERN. It is understood and agreed by the parties that the law of the State of California shall govern the rights, obligations, duties and liabilities of the parties to this Agreement and shall govern the interpretation of this Agreement.
