Advisory Panels Clause Samples

Typically, this clause outlines how panel members are selected, the scope of their advisory role, and the procedures for convening meetings or issuing opinions. By formalizing the use of advisory panels, the clause helps parties access specialized knowledge, resolve disputes, or make informed decisions without resorting to binding arbitration or litigation, thereby promoting collaboration and reducing the risk of misunderstandings.
