Road Maintenance Fund definition

Road Maintenance Fund means Fonds d’Entretien Routier, a non profit agency with legal and financial autonomy established by ordinance No. 81-002 dated January 5, 1981, as amended by law No. 05-001 dated November 15, 2005, operating in accordance with the Road Maintenance Fund Legislation.
Road Maintenance Fund mean the Fonds National d’Entretien des Réseaux Routier, Fluvial et Lacustre, to be established by the Recipient.
Road Maintenance Fund means the portion of the Development Contributions stated in clause 5.4(b) to be used for, or applied towards the maintenance of roads in the Local Government Areas of the Host Councils, with preference given to the roads in the vicinity of the Development. For the avoidance of doubt, the Road Maintenance Fund is not to be used for the road upgrades and road maintenance referred to in clauses 28 and 29 of Schedule 3 of the Development Consent. Strategic Reserve means any part of the Community Enhancement Fund created pursuant to Schedule 2 (b)(iv).

More Definitions of Road Maintenance Fund

Road Maintenance Fund means the fund to be established by law in accordance with Section 6.01 (e) of this Agreement.

Road Upgrades means sealing and widening of 4.7 kilometres of Wollara Road from the end of the existing sealed section (adjacent to Lot 6 DP731205) up to the Goulburn River National Park boundary in accordance with an approval granted by the roads authority.
Road Maintenance Fund means the road maintenance fund to be created and function in accordance with the Transport Sector Letter, as described in Section 6(b)(i) of Schedule 2 of Annex I.

  • Yield Maintenance Account The separate trust account maintained and held by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.16, which account shall bear a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held in trust for the benefit of the Trust on behalf of the Class A Certificateholders, and which account provides that the Trustee may make, or cause to be made, withdrawals therefrom in accordance with Section 3.16.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Debt Service Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Yield Maintenance Premium means the amount (if any) which, when added to the remaining principal amount of the Note or the principal amount of a Defeased Note, as applicable, will be sufficient to purchase U.S. Obligations providing the required Scheduled Defeasance Payments.

  • Yield Maintenance Amount means, with respect to any Note, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Discounted Value of the Called Principal of such Note over the sum of (i) such Called Principal plus (ii) interest accrued thereon as of (including interest due on) the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal. The Yield-Maintenance Amount shall in no event be less than zero.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Maintenance Fee means any fee, obligation, or

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Time means the time that the System is not in service due to a scheduled activity as defined in this SLA. The scheduled maintenance time would not be during 16X6 timeframe. Further, scheduled maintenance time is planned downtime with the prior permission.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Yield Maintenance Agreement The yield maintenance agreement between the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, and the Counterparty, which will be primarily for the benefit of the Class 1-CB-1 Certificates, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit Q.
