Development Contributions definition

Development Contributions means financial contributions calculated in accordance with this policy document, which an Applicant is required to make in terms of conditions of approval imposed by the Municipality when granting approvals under the Ordinance and which relate to requirements resulting from those approvals in respect of the provision of the necessary engineering services to the land to be developed;
Development Contributions means the contributions as specified in clause 5. GST Law has the same meaning given to that term in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth) and any other Act or regulation relating to the imposition or administration of the GST.
Development Contributions means the Monetary Contribution and Public Works Contribution as described in item 5 of Schedule 1;

  • The City will maintain this contribution in a specific Development Contributions account, to be distributed to ITD when requested for use with a specific Idaho Transportation Improvement Plan (ITIP) project within the City of Star Area of City Impact or City Limits in accordance with the terms of the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Idaho Transportation Department and the City of Star dated April 22, 2020.

More Definitions of Development Contributions

Development Contributions means the provision of the Works, the making of the Monetary Contributions, the dedication of the Designated Lands, the provision of any other material public benefit as set out in this Agreement or any combination of them, by the Developer in accordance with this Agreement, which are to be used for, or applied towards a public purpose, but does not include any Bank Guarantees or other benefit provided by the Developer to Council to secure the enforcement of the Developer’s obligations under this Agreement for the purposes of section 7.4(3)(g) of the Act.
Development Contributions has the meaning set forth at Section 2.4 of the SPA.
Development Contributions means the contributions as specified in clause 5.
