Development Contributions definition

Development Contributions means financial contributions calculated in accordance with this policy document, which an Applicant is required to make in terms of conditions of approval imposed by the Municipality when granting approvals under the Ordinance and which relate to requirements resulting from those approvals in respect of the provision of the necessary engineering services to the land to be developed;
Development Contributions means the Monetary Contribution and Public Works Contribution as described in item 5 of Schedule 1;
Development Contributions means the provision of the Works, the making of the Monetary Contributions, the dedication of the Designated Lands, the provision of any other material public benefit as set out in this Agreement or any combination of them, by the Developer in accordance with this Agreement, which are to be used for, or applied towards a public purpose, but does not include any Bank Guarantees or other benefit provided by the Developer to Council to secure the enforcement of the Developer’s obligations under this Agreement for the purposes of section 7.4(3)(g) of the Act.

Examples of Development Contributions in a sentence

  • Pursuant to Section 94 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979 (as amended), and City of Sydney Section 94 Contributions Development Contributions Plan 2006 the following monetary contributions towards the cost of providing facilities and amenities are required.

  • Deferred periodic payment of section 94A levy under the Woollahra Section 94A Development Contributions Plan 2005 Where the applicant makes a written request supported by reasons for payment of the section94A levy other than as required by clause 3.9, the Council may accept deferred or periodic payment.

  • Clause 3.13 of the Woollahra Section 94A Development Contributions Plan 2005 sets out the formula and index to be used in adjusting the s.94A levy.

  • Copies of the City of Sydney Section 94 Development Contributions Plan 2006 may be inspected at Council's offices.

  • Prior to the issue of a Building Permit in relation to the development approved by this permit, a Development Infrastructure Levy and Community Infrastructure Levy must be paid to Moreland City Council in accordance with the approved Development Contributions Plan.


More Definitions of Development Contributions

Development Contributions means the contributions as specified in clause 5. GST has the same meaning as in the GST Law. GST Law has the same meaning given to that term in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Xxx 0000 (Cth) and any other Act or regulation relating to the imposition or administration of the GST.
Development Contributions means the Monetary Contribution and the provision of the Material Public Benefits as set out in Schedule 2 to this Agreement. GST has the same meaning as in the GST Law.
