Restricted Space definition

Restricted Space means publicly owned property where the owner or the lessee has the right to restrict or limit commercial activity, including mobile food vending.
Restricted Space is the space or rooms in a facility that have controlled access due to legal, privacy, security, law enforcement, or requires special authorization to enter.
