Restricted Space definition

Restricted Space is the space or rooms in a facility that have controlled access due to legal, privacy, security, law enforcement, or requires special authorization to enter. Custodial cleaning schedules for restricted space are coordinated with local maintenance management and the manager responsible for the restricted space. Restricted Space shall be defined as involving (1) any tyrosine kinase inhibitor, and related to retinal disease, and/or (2) any travoprost formulation, including any salt, ester or polymorph of travoprost, and related to the treatment of glaucoma.
Restricted Space means an enclosed or partially enclosed space, not designed or intended for continuous human occupancy, that has an impeded or restricted limited means of entry because of its construction.

  • If one of Tenant's Competitors desiring to leases space in the Restricted Space threatens legal action against Landlord as a result of the restrictions in this Article, Landlord shall notify Tenant, and Tenant shall notify Landlord within ten (10) days of receipt whether or not Tenant will permit such party to lease space in the Restricted Space.

  • Grantee agrees to require an application and additional information verifying income and asset eligibility of each Household prior to execution of a lease for a Restricted Space.

  • The precise amount and location of the Rejected Premises (including any Additional Rejected Premises) shall be designated by Landlord in Landlord's sole discretion (provided that the Rejected Premises shall not include any Restricted Space and must be on a full-floor basis except with respect to the Non-Restricted Space on the fourth (4th) floor of the Building, and/or the Partial Third Floor Space).

  • Landlord has satisfied the applicable conditions for exercise of the Conversion Option and Landlord and Tenant wish to execute and record this Acknowledgement in order to confirm and make a matter of public record Landlord's right to exercise the Conversion Option and effectuation of the conversion of the Restricted Space and Bonus Space portions of the Demised Premises to unrestricted use by Landlord pursuant to the Lease.

  • We define: • Maximum Space: space which a robot system can move within; • Restricted Space: portion of the maximum space restricted by limiting devices that establish limits which will not be exceeded; • Operating Space: portion of the restricted space that is used during programmed operations; • Safeguarded space: space defined by the safeguarding perimeter.

Restricted Space means a tank, vat, vessel, duct, vault, boiler or other space from which the egress of a worker is restricted, limited or impeded because of the construction, design, location or other physical characteristics of the space.
