Maintenance Management. System shall generate maintenance alarms when equipment exceeds adjustable runtime, equipment starts, or performance limits. Configure and enable maintenance alarms indicated on the Sequence of Operation.
Maintenance Management. The Borrower shall maintain all of its properties and assets in good condition, repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Without the prior written consent of the Lender, the Borrower shall not enter into any agreement providing for the management or operation of the Land or Improvements.
Maintenance Management. 1. Lessee shall at any time store the Property in a safe condition at its own risk and expense.
2. Lessee shall keep and maintain the Property in accordance with applicable laws and regulations at its own risk and expense, and shall keep, maintain and repair the Property in such manner as approved or recommended by the Property Manufacturer or supplier of the Property or at least in the same manner as those Lessee adopts for other properties of the same type it uses. Further, Lessee shall keep the Property at any time in the same condition as that as of the Delivery Date (except for normal wear). In any case, Lessee shall not take any action that may cause any material adverse effect on the warranties concerning the Property made by the Property Manufacturer.
3. Lessee shall prepare and keep various records concerning keeping, maintenance and repair of the Property, including daily keeping and maintenance report, at its own risk and expense.
4. For the purpose of keeping, maintenance and repair set forth in Section 14.2, Lessee may, at its own risk and expense, exchange the Parts with any replacement having the performance equivalent to Performances of the Parts that Lessee owns free of any Encumbrances (except for the Approved Encumbrances), or attach any component that Lessee owns free of any Encumbrances (except for the Approved Encumbrances) to the Property, not as an replacement for the Parts. However, Lessee shall not in any case implement any modification to the Property that may reasonably be expected to impair, or cause any material adverse effect on Performance of the Property.
5. In terms of components additionally attached to the Property not as a replacement for other Parts, or any Parts whose removal will not deteriorate Performances of the Property in any manner, Lessee may, at its own risk and expense, remove such components and Parts without attaching replacements for them to the Property, after the Property is delivered to Lessee.
Maintenance Management. 1. Maintenance Management Employees shall not drive school buses for the purpose of transporting students.
Maintenance Management. 1. Maintenance Management Employees who desire a change in assignment may file a written statement of said desire with the Coordinator of Maintenance and Custodial Services. Such statement shall include the position to which the Employee wishes to be assigned. Application to be submitted annually by July 1st.
2. Maintenance Management Employees shall be eligible to apply for vacancies within the district as they occur.
Maintenance Management. 1. A minimum of thirteen (13) paid holidays shall be listed annually by the Employer, plus one (1) additional day off with the approval of the immediate supervisor.
2. Holidays which fall within a Maintenance Management Employee's vacation period shall be celebrated either immediately before or immediately following his vacation period as agreed between the employee and his immediate Supervisor.
Maintenance Management. 1. Call Time - Any Maintenance Management Employee called or required to return to work outside of his regularly scheduled shift for emergency calls which necessitates work shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at time and a half. A minimum of two (2) hours at the time and a half rate shall be paid to Maintenance Management Employees when called by the police or fire department.
2. It is understood that the respective building and boilers must be checked on weekends and holidays at no additional compensation.
3. A Maintenance Management Employee unable to report for work must notify his/her supervisor by calling the proper phone number as least two (2) hours prior to his/her starting time, except for those working the night shift who must call prior to 3:30 p.m. It is understood that the above procedure shall apply except in cases of emergency. Under such circumstances, the Maintenance Management Employee shall notify his/her supervisor as soon as reasonably possible. Violations of this provision shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Article 7, Section E3.
4. If and when either an assistant head custodian temporarily performs the duties of a head custodian or a head custodian temporarily perform the duties of the Coordinator or Assistant Coordinator of Custodial/Maintenance Services, for a minimum of ten (10), full, consecutive workdays, commencing with the eleventh (11th) day he/she will receive a salary differential for each day worked through the duration of the assignment effective retroactively to the first day. Said differential shall be based upon the difference between the custodian's regular hourly rate and the hourly per diem rate he/she would have received if he/she were to perform the job on a regular basis.
Maintenance Management. 1. Five (5) uniforms per year will be supplied to all full time Maintenance Management Employees. All Maintenance Management Employees who are active and of a permanent status on July 1 shall be eligible for uniforms for the forthcoming school year. However, maintenance management employees must satisfactorily complete the designated probationary period before receiving said uniforms. Those maintenance management employees who receive uniforms after March 1st must wait until July 1 of the second year before receiving the next annual set of uniforms. Maintenance Management employees will be required to wear the respective uniforms when on the job.
Maintenance Management. By using this service, in the case where a maintenance need is detected in the Vehicle, Mercedes-Benz Auto Repair Shop, pre-selected by the Customer can send the Customer a proposal in connection with the maintenance of the Vehicle (which shall not be binding on MBJ, the Mercedes-Benz Auto Repair Shop and the Customer).
Maintenance Management. CONTRACTOR shall designate and provide the services of a qualified Maintenance Manager, subject to the approval of PVTA. This individual may be the lead mechanic and shall be assigned to PVTA maintenance operations on an acceptable fleet to mechanic ratio. The Maintenance Manager shall provide proactive resource management including but not limited to: preventive maintenance scheduling and supervision, repair supervision, technical training, and such other activities as may be necessary to ensure the performance of CONTRACTOR's maintenance duties and responsibilities. The Maintenance Manager shall have a minimum of three years experience managing and supervising the maintenance functions of a shop similar in size and complexity to the services herein described. The Maintenance Manager shall have a minimum of five years journeyman level experience with gasoline engines, air conditioning systems, wheelchair lifts, and farebox systems. This experience shall include work on vehicles similar to those used in the PVTA services. Should the services of the Maintenance Manager become unavailable to CONTRACTOR, the resume and qualifications of the proposed replacement shall be submitted to PVTA for approval as soon as possible, but in no event later than five (5) working days prior to the departure of then incumbent Maintenance Manager, unless CONTRACTOR is not provided with such notice by the departing employee. PVTA shall respond to CONTRACTOR within three (3) working days following receipt of these qualifications concerning acceptance of the candidate for replacement Maintenance Manager.
