Responsible Employees definition

Responsible Employees means all employees and full-time contractors except those employees or full-time contractors who have legally-defined confidentiality privileges, including but not limited to College counselors, nurses and pastors. Exempted from this section includes the College’s physical and mental health counselors.
Responsible Employees means all faculty, all administrators, and certain designated support staff and student workers, including Resident Assistants, Public Safety Staff (specifically, Public Safety Officers, Sergeants, Staff Sergeants, Dispatchers, Senior Administrative Assistants, Graduate Assistants, and Student Workers), and Dean of Student’s Office (specifically, Senior Administrative Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Graduate Assistants, and Case Workers). Responsible Employees who witness or otherwise know, directly or indirectly, of any incidents of alleged Sexual Harassment must report it to the Title IX Coordinator.
Responsible Employees is defined in Section 11.1(f).

Examples of Responsible Employees in a sentence

  • Responsible Employees include any administrator, supervisor, faculty member, or other person in a position of authority who is not a Confidential Employee or Privileged Employee.

  • Responsible Employees informed about sexual misconduct allegations involving any student should not attempt to resolve the situation, but must notify and report all relevant information to the Coordinator as soon as practicable.

  • Confidential Resources are not Responsible Employees and need not report information they receive while acting in their confidential capacity to the Title IX Officer.

  • In addition to the reporting requirements for Responsible Employees (see Section VI.A), all College employees who have information regarding sex-based misconduct of a student should report it to the Title IX Coordinator or any Responsible Employee.

  • A list of Responsible Employees is available through the Title IX Coordinators.

  • No person shall transport dangerous goods that are contained in a cylinder unless the cylinder is securely stored in or on that means of transport.

  • Responsible Employees are not required to report disclosures of Prohibited Conduct made by someone when participating in human subjects research that has either been approved by an Institutional Review Board (IRB) or certified as exempt from IRB review under one or more of the categories in 45 CFR 46.104.


More Definitions of Responsible Employees

Responsible Employees means all faculty members, staff members, and administrators, of those perceived by a complainant as a person that would address complaint (e.g., teaching assistants, supervisors, coaches, counselors, rape crisis advocates, medical providers, and clergy) are expected to report any disclosures that involve allegations of gender-based misconduct.
Responsible Employees means all Board of Trustees, faculty, employees, and staff, or those perceived by a complainant as a person that would address complaint (e.g., including teaching assistants, supervisors, coaches, club advisors) are expected to report any disclosures that involve allegations of sexual harassment and gender-based misconduct. Responsible Employees which means that if you tell a faculty member about a situation involving sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, or stalking, they must share that information with the Title IX Coordinator, Larry Loften. Larry or a trained staff member in the Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC) will contact you to let you know about accommodations and support services at UNC as well as your options for pursuing

Responsible Employees which means that if you tell me about a Title IX violation, I must share that information with the Title IX Coordinator. Still, you will control how your case is handled, including whether you wish to pursue a formal complaint.   • Responsible Employee means an Employee (including a contract, temporary, or leased Employee) of the Health FSA Component or of the Employer whose duties (1) require that the Employee have access to PHI for purposes of Payment or Health Care Operations; or (2) make it likely that the Employee will receive or have access to PHI. Persons designated as Responsible Employees are described in Section 10.03. A Responsible Employee shall also include any other Employee (other than a designated Responsible Employee) who creates or receives PHI on behalf of a Health FSA Component, even though the Employee’s duties do not (or are not expected to) include creating or receiving PHI. Responsible Employees are within the Employer’s HIPAA firewall when they perform Health FSA Component functions.

  • Responsible Person means any person other than the registered owner of an immovable property who is legally responsible for the payment of municipal service charges.

  • Responsible individual means an individual who is employed by a licensee and has principal managerial authority over the provision of money services by the licensee in this state.

  • Responsible Company means, with respect to any Tax Return, the Company having responsibility for preparing and filing such Tax Return under this Agreement.

  • Statement of Grievance shall name the employee involved, shall state the facts giving rise to the grievance, shall identify by appropriate reference all the provisions of this Master Contract alleged to be violated, shall state the contention of the employee and of the Association with respect to these provisions, and shall indicate the specific relief requested.

  • Ongoing employee means an employee who has been employed for at least one complete standard measurement period.

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.

  • Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).
