Resident Assistants must maintain a 2.5 GPA and should not exceed a course load of eighteen (18) credit hours per semester. The Directors must approve any credit hours exceeding an 18 credit course load. Failure to maintain a GPA of 2.5 will result in probation. Failure to earn a 2.5 GPA by the end of the probationary period will result in termination.

Resident Assistants. 9.1. The Organization must have a Resident Assistant employed by the University for the entirety of the Agreement and for each occupancy term. At a time set by University, the Organization will provide the names of Members on to apply for the Resident Assistant Position. The Members must complete the Resident Assistant Selection Process set forth by the University.
Resident Assistants. As part of the Residential Program at the Village, a number of senior students are appointed by Village management to the position of Resident Assistant (RA). The role of an RA is to give support and advice to residents. Full details on the role of an RA can be obtained from the Village administration office. RAs must respect the privacy of residents and residents must in return respect the privacy of RAs.
Resident Assistants. All employees classified as “Resident Assistant I and II” will be considered as forming part of a Nursing Centre-wide Assistant department.

Monthly checks will be based on the days of that month in which the University is open. • RAs are paid monthly (typically the 1st day of each month). Payroll processes monthly checks mid-month, typically between the 18th-22nd. If the RA involuntarily or voluntarily leaves the position after payroll has been processed, the RA may be required to pay back the University any money that the RA did not earn. • The meal plan will be billed to the RA’s student account before the meal plan scholarship is applied to the account. • Changes to the compensation package and the payroll process may occur at any time. Office Assistants • New OAs will be paid $8.00 an hour for an average of 14 hours per week, not to exceed 39 hours. • Current OAs will be paid $9.00 an hour for an average of 14 hours per week, not to exceed 39 hours. • Accurately clock-in and out, OAs must immediately notify supervisors of any errors via email. • Actual hours worked per week are dependent on the camp schedule and availability of the staff member. • OAs are paid bi-weekly; this pay schedule can be found online at the UT Arlington Human Resources site. In order to be paid on time, OAs must sign timesheets by 10:00am the weekday following the end of a pay period. • Staff Shirts and Nametag.   • Directory Assistance 72.1 The Parties acknowledge that CenturyLink is not a Directory Assistance (DA) provider. CenturyLink provides directory listings information for its subscribers to third party DA providers to be included in the national and local databases used by such third party providers. The Parties agree that to the extent the DA provider contracted by CLEC for DA services to CLEC’s subscribers also populates the national DA database, then CLEC’s DA listings have been made available to CenturyLink’s subscribers and no further effort is needed by either Party. If for any reason, CLEC desires that CenturyLink act as a middleman conduit for the placement of CLEC’s DA listings in the DA database(s), then CenturyLink shall provide such compensable DA listings service pursuant to separate written terms and conditions between CenturyLink and CLEC which will be attached to this Agreement as an Amendment.

  • Directory Assistance Service 8.3.1 Directory Assistance Service provides local end user telephone number listings with the option to complete the call at the caller's direction separate and distinct from local switching.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. Preauthorization may be required for certain surgical services. Reconstructive Surgery for a Functional Deformity or Impairment This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia. Preauthorization may be required for these services.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18, 19, 20 and 21, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Personal Services 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 14, 16 and 17, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration or income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of personal (including professional) services shall be taxable only in that State unless the services are rendered in the other Contracting State. If the services are so rendered, such remuneration or income as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;

  • Resident Responsibilities The Resident agrees to pay all fees specified, to observe all rules and regulations of the University of Connecticut and to abide by the Responsibilities of Community Life: The Student Code, this contract and any addendum, as well as other University publications/policies. Residents assume total responsibility for their room/suite/apartment/house and for the behavior and activities which occur within all assigned living areas. Applicants and/or residents cannot exchange money or favors for a room assignment. Failure to fulfill the terms of the above may lead to termination of this contract, removal from on-campus housing, and a community standards process resulting in a sanction, including but not limited to expulsion.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
