Responsible Vendor definition

Responsible Vendor means a vendor with adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), who can comply with the delivery requirements, and who is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the goods and/or services herein.
Responsible Vendor means a vendor who has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance.
Responsible Vendor means a Vendor who demonstrates in its Offer that it has the capability to perform the requirements of the Solicitation.
