Residential treatment services means AOD treatment services that are provided 11 to a woman, eighteen (18) years and older, who is pregnant and/or has custody of dependent children up 12 to twelve (12) years of age, in her care; who has a primary problem of substance use disorder, and who 13 demonstrates a need for perinatal substance use disorder residential treatment services.
