Protective environment definition

Protective environment means an environment that supports mental health services in accordance with a prisoner's individual plan of services.
Protective environment means an environment in which basic health care needs, personal care needs, nutritional needs and safety are insured for the resident who is not capable of providing these services in an effective manner.

  • Least restrictive environment means the environment in which the interventions in the lives of people with mental illness can be carried out with a minimum of limitation, intrusion, disruption, and departure from commonly accepted patterns of living.

  • Hostile environment means a situation in which bullying among students is sufficiently severe or pervasive to alter the conditions of the school climate;

  • ICT Environment means the Authority System and the Contractor System. “Information” has the meaning given under section 84 of the FOIA.

  • Natural environment means the air, land and water, or any combination or part thereof, of the Province of Ontario; (“environnement naturel”)
