Rental Car Facilities definition

Rental Car Facilities means any facilities used by Car Rental Companies and their customers together with all associated infrastructure improvements along with the operation and maintenance of such facilities or any other rental car program related purpose.
Rental Car Facilities means those facilities which relate to rent-a-car operations and are used either exclusively or in part by the RACs; provided however that Off-Site Airport Facilities are not Rental Car Facilities for purposes of this Ordinance.
