Incremental Facilities definition

Incremental Facilities has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

Examples of Incremental Facilities in a sentence

• The aggregate principal amount of Incremental Facilities on any date Indebtedness thereunder is first incurred, together with the aggregate principal amount of any Incremental Facilities outstanding on such date, will not exceed $50,000,000 or such greater amount as consented to by all Lenders (the “Incremental Amount”).

• Each such notice shall specify the date on which the Borrower proposes that such Incremental Facilities shall be effective, which shall be a date not less than five (5) Business Days (or such lesser number of days as the Administrative Agent shall agree) after the date on which such notice is delivered to the Administrative Agent.

• Incremental Facilities shall become effective pursuant to an amendment (an “Incremental Amendment”) to this Agreement and, as appropriate, the other Loan Documents, executed by the Borrower, each Additional Lender providing such Incremental Facility, and each applicable Agent.

• Incremental Facilities may be provided by any existing Lender (it being understood that no existing Lender shall have an obligation to make, or provide commitments with respect to, an Incremental Loan) or by any Additional Lender.
