Relevant System Operator definition

Relevant System Operator means the transmission system operator or distribution system operator to whose system a power-generating module, demand facility, distribution system or HVDC system is or will be connected;
Relevant System Operator means any person who owns or operates the gas or electricity transmission or distribution system or provides metering services in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, as applicable, from time to time.
