Released Finance Documents definition

Released Finance Documents means the Original Collateral Mortgages, the Original Collateral Deeds of Covenants and the Original Collateral General Assignments.
Released Finance Documents means each of the Mortgage and the General Assignment in respect of the Released Ship;

Released Finance Documents means each of the Existing Membership Interests Pledges and each of the Existing Commercial Manager’s Undertakings.

Released Finance Documents means (a) the first preferred Marshall Islands Mortgage over the relevant Released Ship, (b) the General Assignment over the relevant Released Ship, (c) the Charterparty Assignment in relation to the relevant Released Ship, (d) the Manager’s Undertaking in relation to the relevant Released Ship, (e) the Agency and Trust Deed as it pertains to the Released Borrower owning such Released Ship and (f) the Accounts Pledges as they pertain to the Released Borrower owning such Released Ship;
Released Finance Documents means the Mortgage and Deed of Covenant in respect of the Ship, the General Assignment in respect of the Ship, all Account Pledges, the Master Agreement Assignment, any Charterparty Assignment and the Corporate Guarantee.

  • Finance Documents means these Terms and Conditions, the Agency Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Agent as a Finance Document.

  • Second Lien Notes Documents means the Second Lien Notes Indenture, the Second Lien Notes and all other agreements, instruments and other documents pursuant to which the Second Lien Notes have been or will be issued or otherwise setting forth the terms of the Second Lien Notes.

  • Note Documents means the Notes (including Additional Notes), the Note Guarantees and this Indenture.

  • Debt Financing Documents means the agreements, documents and certificates contemplated by the Debt Financing.

  • Second Lien Loan Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).

  • Bridge Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement.

  • Senior Subordinated Note Documents means the Senior Subordinated Notes, the Senior Subordinated Note Agreement, the Senior Subordinated Note Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Subordinated Notes or the Senior Subordinated Note Agreement.

  • Additional Senior Debt Documents means, with respect to any series, issue or class of Additional Senior Debt, the promissory notes, indentures, Collateral Documents or other operative agreements evidencing or governing such Indebtedness, including the Senior Collateral Documents.

  • Senior Note Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Note Agreement, the Senior Note Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Notes or the Senior Note Agreement.

  • Senior Credit Documents means the collective reference to the Credit Agreement, the notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Credit Facility Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Facility, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Convertible Note Documents means (a) the 2024 Convertible Note Documents, and (b) the Future Convertible Notes and each other promissory note, note purchase agreement, indenture and other material documents evidencing or relating thereto.

  • Subordinated Indebtedness Documents means any document, agreement or instrument evidencing any Subordinated Indebtedness or entered into in connection with any Subordinated Indebtedness.

  • ABL Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.
