Deeds of Covenants definition

Deeds of Covenants means the deeds of covenants referred to in Clause 10.1.1 and “Deed of Covenant” means any one of them.
Deeds of Covenants means the deeds of covenants referred to in Clause 17.1.3 (Security Documents).
Deeds of Covenants means, in respect of a Collateral Vessel, the deed of covenants entered into or to be entered into by the relevant Vessel Owner and the Security Trustee collateral to the Mortgage over that Collateral Vessel.

More Definitions of Deeds of Covenants

Deeds of Covenants means the Original Deeds of Covenants as amended and restated by this Deed and as set out in Schedule 5 and Schedule 6;
Deeds of Covenants means the deeds of covenants referred to in Clause 12.1.1.
