Master Agreement Assignment definition

Master Agreement Assignment means the assignment of the Master Agreement in the Agreed Form;

Master Agreement Assignment means, in relation to each Master Agreement, the assignment of that Master Agreement in favour of the Security Trustee executed or to be executed by the Borrowers, in such form as the Swap Bank may approve or require;

Master Agreement Assignment means the assignment of the Master Agreement in favour of the Lender executed or to be executed by the Borrowers, in such form as the Lender may approve or require;

More Definitions of Master Agreement Assignment

Master Agreement Assignment means, the assignment of the Master Agreement dated 4 December 2007 executed by the Borrower in favour of the Security Trustee as amended by the Amending and Restating Agreements;
