Senior Subordinated Note Documents definition

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means the Senior Subordinated Notes, the Senior Subordinated Note Agreement, the Senior Subordinated Note Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Subordinated Notes or the Senior Subordinated Note Agreement.

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means the indenture under which the Senior Subordinated Notes are issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing the Senior Subordinated Notes or providing for any Guarantee or other right in respect thereof.

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means and include each of the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture and the Senior Subordinated Notes, as the same may be entered into, modified, supplemented or amended from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof and thereof.

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture, the Senior Subordinated Notes and all other documents, instruments and agreements executed and delivered in connection with the Senior Subordinated Notes, in each case, as the same shall, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means the Senior Subordinated Notes and the Securities Purchase Agreement in agreed form and any other documents entered into pursuant thereto.

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means the Covalence Senior Subordinated Note Documents and the Berry Senior Subordinated Note Documents.

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means this Note, the Security Agreement, the Stock Pledge Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument delivered to or in favor of Payee or any holder in connection with any of the foregoing (to the extent permitted by the First Lien Credit Agreement).
