Senior Note Documents definition
Senior Note Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Note Agreements, the Senior Note Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Notes or the Senior Note Agreements.
Senior Note Documents means the Indenture, the Registration Rights Agreement and all other agreements and instruments evidencing or governing the terms of the Senior Notes.
Senior Note Documents means, collectively, the Senior Note Indenture and any other document, agreement or instrument governing or evidencing any Senior Notes, in each case as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in a manner permitted hereunder.

The Obligations constitute (i) “Senior Debt” (or any comparable term) under and as defined in any Subordinated Debt Documents and (ii) “Pari Passu Indebtedness” (or any comparable term) under and as defined in the Senior Note Documents.
More Definitions of Senior Note Documents
Senior Note Documents means any indenture, note or other agreement evidencing or governing the Senior Notes, as such indenture, note or other agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified as permitted hereby.
Senior Note Documents means the Note Agreement, the Senior Notes, the Noteholder Guaranty Agreements and all other agreements, documents, certificates and instruments relating to, arising out of, or in any way connected therewith or any of the transactions contemplated thereby, as each may be amended, supplemented, replaced, restated, increased, extended or otherwise modified from time to time.
Senior Note Documents means the Senior Note Agreement and each other material agreement, instrument or other document executed in connection therewith.
Senior Note Documents means the Note Purchase Agreement, the Senior Secured Notes, the Senior Note Security Agreement, any additional note purchase agreement (and the notes issued thereunder) between the Borrower and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, N.A. or any Affiliates thereof and each other document or agreement executed or delivered in connection with any of the foregoing, as each of the foregoing may be amended, supplemented, renewed, extended or otherwise modified or Refinanced.
Senior Note Documents means, collectively, the Indenture, the Notes, and the Security Documents (as such term is defined in the Indenture).
Senior Note Documents means the indenture under which the Senior Notes are issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Senior Notes or providing for any Guarantee or other right in respect thereof, in each case as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Senior Note Documents means the Governing Senior Note Indenture, the New Senior Note Indenture, the Senior Notes and each other document or agreement relating to the issuance of the Senior Notes.
