Senior Note Documents definition
Senior Note Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Note Agreements, the Senior Note Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Notes or the Senior Note Agreements.
Senior Note Documents means any indenture, note or other agreement evidencing or governing the Senior Notes, as such indenture, note or other agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified as permitted hereby.
Senior Note Documents means the Senior Note Agreement and each other material agreement, instrument or other document executed in connection therewith.

The Obligations constitute (i) “Senior Debt” (or any comparable term) under and as defined in any Subordinated Debt Documents and (ii) “Pari Passu Indebtedness” (or any comparable term) under and as defined in the Senior Note Documents.
More Definitions of Senior Note Documents
Senior Note Documents means the Note Agreement, the Senior Notes, the Noteholder Guaranty Agreements and all other agreements, documents, certificates and instruments relating to, arising out of, or in any way connected therewith or any of the transactions contemplated thereby, as each may be amended, supplemented, replaced, restated, increased, extended or otherwise modified from time to time.
Senior Note Documents means the Senior Notes and the other instruments, indentures, documents and agreements entered into in connection with the issuance of the Senior Notes, as the same may be amended, modified and or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Senior Note Documents means, collectively, the Indenture, the Notes, and the Security Documents (as such term is defined in the Indenture).
Senior Note Documents means the indenture under which the Senior Notes are issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Senior Notes or providing for any Guarantee or other right in respect thereof, in each case as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Senior Note Documents means the Governing Senior Note Indenture, the New Senior Note Indenture, the Senior Notes and each other document or agreement relating to the issuance of the Senior Notes.
Senior Note Documents means, collectively, (a) the 2019 Senior Notes Indenture; (b) the 2021 Senior Notes Indenture; (c) the 2027 Senior Notes Indenture; (d) the Senior Notes; and (e) all other agreements, instruments and other documents pursuant to which the Senior Notes have been or will be issued or otherwise setting forth the terms of the Senior Notes.
Senior Note Documents means the documents, instruments and other agreements now or hereafter executed and delivered in connection with the Senior Notes, including, without limitation, the Indenture dated as of October 31, 2006 among the Lead Borrower, the guarantors party thereto and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee or any supplemental indenture.
