Rejected Products definition

Rejected Products shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

Rejected Products means any Products that either (i) failed functional or cosmetic testing during the manufacturing process at Flextronics and are rejected by Nutanix or (ii) returned to Flextronics as field failures by the End Customer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Rejected Products or Services: Rejected Products or Services may, at the option of AAR, be returned to Subcontractor at Subcontractor's expense for outbound and inbound shipments with risk of loss or damage upon Subcontractor, or be accepted with an equitable adjustment in price.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.
