Trust Assets definition

Trust Assets means, with respect to the Appointments and to the extent held, deposited or invested by any Seller for the benefit of others (whether or not constituting all or a portion of the corpus of any trust) as collateral, trust assets or otherwise by the applicable Corporate Trust Contracts or any other applicable legal obligation, (a) all cash on hand or held in bank accounts (including the Deposits) or in money market funds, and (b) all shares, stock, bonds, debentures, notes, mortgages, guarantees, letters of credit, certificates of indebtedness, warrants, treasuries or other securities or financial instruments or property of any type or description.
Trust Assets shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.01.
Trust Assets has the meaning set forth in the Titling Trust Agreement.

Examples of Trust Assets in a sentence

  • The Arrowood Settlement Trust and the General Settlement Trust shall, as of the Effective Date, assume sole and exclusive responsibility and liability for all Abuse Claims against the Covered Parties, and such Claims shall be paid by the Arrowood Settlement Trust and the General Settlement Trust from the Trust Assets or as otherwise directed in the Trust Documents.

More Definitions of Trust Assets

Trust Assets has the meaning set forth in the SUBI Trust Agreement.
Trust Assets means all the property held from time to time by the Trustee under this Agreement, which initially shall consist of the Retained Assets of the Partnership granted, assigned and conveyed to the Trustee by the Partnership, the Cash Reserves, and, in addition, shall thereafter include all proceeds and other receipts of, from, or attributable to any assets, causes of actions or claims held by the Trust.
