Redeveloper Public Improvements definition

Redeveloper Public Improvements shall include all the public improvements that shall be undertaken and constructed by the Redeveloper on the Project Site, as more particularly described on Exhibit “A”, which are eligible improvements under the Act.

Redeveloper Public Improvements means the improvements to be purchased, constructed, reconstructed, acquired, improved, extended, rehabilitated, installed, equipped, furnished and completed in the Project Area in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan and identified as the Redeveloper Public Improvements, including Site Preparation, Façade Enhancements and Streetscape Improvements (each as defined in the Redevelopment Agreement).

Examples of Redeveloper Public Improvements in a sentence

  • All persons who have supplied or furnished the Principal, its Contractors and/or Subcontractors with labor or materials in the prosecution of the Redeveloper Public Improvements provided for in the Redevelopment Agreement shall have the direct right of action under this bond subject to the Obligee's priority.

  • Redeveloper agrees to secure all permits and licenses necessary for construction of the Redeveloper Public Improvements including, but not limited to, necessary building permits and inspections.

  • Redeveloper shall, at its own cost and expense, subject to full or partial reimbursement with available TIF Bond Proceeds as set forth in this Redevelopment Agreement, construct/install or cause the Redeveloper Public Improvements as defined below to be constructed/installed.

  • The Redevelopment Agreement requires the Redeveloper to construct certain Redeveloper Improvements and Redeveloper Public Improvements and to provide evidence of a performance and payment bond from the Redeveloper.

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.
