Rebate Consultant definition

Rebate Consultant means a firm of investment bankers, a financial advisory firm, a law firm, a certified public accountant, or a firm of certified public accountants which is not unsatisfactory to the Company, the Authority or the Trustee and which is experienced in the calculation of amounts required to be rebated to the United States under Section 148(f) of the Code.
Rebate Consultant means an entity selected by the Village expert in the calculation of rebate amounts pursuant to Section 148 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. If at any time the Rebate Consultant resigns or is removed, and the Village shall not have appointed a successor within 30 days, the Rebate Consultant shall be an entity selected by the Trustee.
Rebate Consultant means a firm of independent accountants or attorneys or another Person or firm with knowledge of or experience in advising with respect to the provisions of Section 148(f) of the Code.

Rebate Consultant means Bond Counsel, or any nationally recognized firm of certified public accountants or any other Person reasonably acceptable to the Trustee which is expert in making the determinations required by Section 148(f) of the Code.
