Relevant Obligation definition

Relevant Obligation means an obligation under this contract in respect of which a Force Majeure Event has occurred and the Affected Party has claimed relief under this Clause 17.

Examples of Relevant Obligation in a sentence

  • If the Company or the Company’s designee, as applicable, do not accept such offer at such time, the provisions of this Section 5.06(b) shall remain in effect with respect to such Relevant Obligation.

  • Within five (5) Business Days from the date of receipt of the Debt Price Notice, the Company or the Company’s designee shall notify the Debt Offer Party whether it accepts the offer at such time and, if so, shall purchase such Relevant Obligation at such time.

  • If the Protected Party, the Company or the Company's designee, as applicable, do not accept such offer at such time, the provisions of this Section 5.03(b) shall remain in effect with respect to such Relevant Obligation.

  • Within five (5) Business Days from the date of receipt of the Price Notice, the Protected Party, the Company or the Company's designee shall notify the Standstill Party whether it accepts the offer at such time and, if so, shall purchase such Relevant Obligation at such time.

  • Each Designation Notice must include a date on which such Relevant Obligation will or is intended to become effective, which must fall not less than 10 Business Days after the date of delivery of the Designation Notice.


More Definitions of Relevant Obligation

Relevant Obligation has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(e).
Relevant Obligation means an obligation under the Contract in respect of which a Force Majeure Event has occurred and the Affected Party has claimed relief under this paragraph 5.
