Professional Advisors definition

Professional Advisors has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.10.
Professional Advisors means, collectively, the professional advisors to (A) the Prepetition Secured Noteholders, including Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, (B) WFEC, including Liskow & Lewis APLC and Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, and (C) the Debtors, including Houlihan, Holland & Knight LLP, and Bayard, P.A.
Professional Advisors means the Parties’ duly appointed attorneys, auditors and other professional or Transaction advisors from time to time;
