Professional Advisors definition

Professional Advisors has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.10.
Professional Advisors means, collectively, the professional advisors to (A) the Prepetition Secured Noteholders, including Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, (B) WFEC, including Liskow & Lewis APLC and Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, and (C) the Debtors, including Houlihan, Holland & Knight LLP, and Bayard, P.A.
Professional Advisors means the Client’s duly appointed attorneys, auditors and other professional or Transaction advisors from time to time;

Examples of Professional Advisors in a sentence

  • I have sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to evaluate the merits and risks of the prospective investment, or I have consulted with Professional Advisors identified in the attached Investor Questionnaire who have sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to evaluate the merits and risks of prospective investment.

  • The Company hereby agrees and acknowledges that such Professional Advisors may enforce their rights to receive such fees and expenses under this Section 9.10 against the Company.
