Seller shall require all of its subcontractors to carry the same levels of insurance as Seller where exposure exists; provided, that Seller may permit any such subcontractor to obtain and maintain insurance coverages with lower limits to the extent that such lower limits are customary for subcontractors providing work of the type and scope to be provided and are consistent with Prudent Operating Practice.
