YOU ALSO HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD COMPANY HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, COSTS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, JUDGMENTS, SETTLEMENTS OR REGULATORY ACTIONS, INCLUDING COSTS, FINES, EXPENSES AND REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES ARISING FROM OR IN ANY MANNER RELATING TO ACTIONS BROUGHT BY YOU OR OTHERS IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR MISCONDUCT OR BREACH OF CONTRACT.
