Ready for Service or "RFS" – A Collocation job is considered to be Ready for Service when Qwest has completed all operational work in accordance with CLEC Application and makes functional space available to CLEC. Such work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: DC power (fuses available, Battery Distribution Fuse Board (BDFB) is powered, and cables between CLEC and power are terminated), cage enclosures, primary AC outlet, cable racking, and circuit terminations (e.g., fiber jumpers are placed between the outside plant fiber distribution panel and the Central Office fiber distribution panel serving CLEC) and APOT/CFA are complete, telephone service, and other services and facilities ordered by CLEC for Provisioning by the RFS date.

Ready for Service or “RFS” means the date that OpenNet completes the installation of the Services as notified to the Requesting Licensee in accordance with the relevant Schedules;

Ready for Service means that the applicable Facility or Service is ready for use, in accordance with the Access Agreement.

Examples of Ready for Service in a sentence

• Virtual Collocation will be considered complete when the Premises is Ready for Service (RFS).

• If the Ready for Service Date occurs on a date other than the first day of a calendar month, the first Monthly Recurring Charges shall be reduced to an amount equal to the remaining days of the month in which the Ready for Service Date falls (including the Ready for Service Date) multiplied by a rate equal to one-thirtieth (1/30th) of the Monthly Recurring Charges.

• The Customer shall be charged on and from the Ready for Service Date.

More Definitions of Ready for Service

Ready for Service means that Services are ready for use at a Site, in accordance with this Agreement;

Ready for Service or "RFS" means the confirmation sent by Orange to Customer to indicate the change request was implemented successfully.

Ready for Service means the date on which Luware has conducted the necessary configurations in order for Customer to be able to use the Services.
