Ready for Service Date definition

Ready for Service Date means the Day designated as such by Company by written notice to Customer stating that Company has Facilities which are ready for and are capable of rendering the Service applied for by Customer.
Ready for Service Date. The date agreed between the Parties by which the Service(s) will be ready for use to be no later than an agreed date.
Ready for Service Date has the meaning set out in clause 10.1; "Recipient" has the meaning set out in clause 24.1;

Examples of Ready for Service Date in a sentence

  • If the Ready for Service Date occurs on a date other than the first day of a calendar month, the first Monthly Recurring Charges shall be reduced to an amount equal to the remaining days of the month in which the Ready for Service Date falls (including the Ready for Service Date) multiplied by a rate equal to one-thirtieth (1/30th) of the Monthly Recurring Charges.

  • The Customer shall be charged on and from the Ready for Service Date.

  • Installation Charges for Service to any Site shall not be dependent on the Ready for Service Date for any other Site.

  • The Ready for Service Date shall be the date of the RFS Notice immediately preceding Acceptance.

  • If no term is specified for the relevant Service in the Service Order, the initial term of that Service shall be one (1) year from the relevant Ready for Service Date.


More Definitions of Ready for Service Date

Ready for Service Date otherwise “RFS date” means the date on which Magnet Business establishes the Facility for the Customer.
Ready for Service Date means in respect of each Facility of Service the date on which the Facility or Service is Ready For Service or, if earlier, the date on which Access Seeker first makes use of such Facility or Service.

Ready for Service Date means the date on which Customer Services hand over the Services to the Customer for use by the customer. Billing commences from this date, and this date would normally be the date on which the Customer signs the Installation Sign-off Document or the date Luminet advises you in writing that the Service is ready for use.
Ready for Service Date means the date on which the Parties agree to place Cloud Connect into operation for BUYER’s service.
