Examples of Service Interruption in a sentence
For any period in which a Subscriber suffers a Service Interruption for more than eight (8) hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period, other than a planned interruption pursuant to § 41.2-9.E.1, a Franchisee shall credit against the Subscriber's next bill an amount equal to one-thirtieth (1/30) of the monthly charge for any service or service tier affected, and shall pay a direct refund to anySubscriber who terminates service before all credits owed are applied.
A Franchisee shall be responsible for making such refunds or credits upon receipt of a complaint of a Service Interruption from a Subscriber, unless the Franchisee can show that the Service Interruption was insufficient in length or character to require a credit, or that the Subscriber was responsible for the Service Interruption.F. Billing.
This liability for damages shall be in addition to any amounts that may otherwise be due the customer under this document as a Credit Allowance for a Service Interruption.
