QEP Services definition

QEP Services means the limited enumerated services described on Schedule A attached to this Agreement and included herein.
QEP Services means the limited enumerated services described on Schedule B attached to this Agreement and included herein.
QEP Services means the limited enumerated services described on Schedule A attached to this Agreement and included herein. “QEPFS” shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

Examples of QEP Services in a sentence

  • Buyer hereby retains QEP to provide, and QEP hereby agrees to provide, the QEP Services to Buyer, its general partner, the Acquired Company or the Acquired Subsidiaries, as designated by Buyer, during the relevant Services Term.

  • QEP shall designate to Buyer at least one individual to whom all of Buyer’s communications may be addressed with respect to the QEP Services and who has authority to act for and bind QEP in all aspects with respect to the QEP Services (the “QEP Project Manager”).

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, (i) the QEP Services shall be available to Buyer, its general partner, the Acquired Company or the Acquired Subsidiaries only for the purposes of conducting the QEPFS Business and (ii) the Buyer Services shall be available to QEP or any of its Subsidiaries only for the purposes of conducting QEP’s business, including its exploration and production, midstream and marketing activities.

  • Task 4 – QEP Services - The fourth task will consist of 350 hours QEP time at $100/hour ($35,000) to develop initial plans, remediation and site restoration design, state and local permitting, and coordinate the bidding of contract documents.

Related to QEP Services

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Services plan means a written statement that describes the special education and related services the school district will provide to a parentally-placed child with a disability enrolled in a private school located in the district, including the location of the services and any transportation necessary, consistent with 34 CFR §§ 300.132, 300.137-139.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Transition Services means a coordinated set of activities for a child with a disability that:

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Preventive services means preservation services, as defined

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Shared Services means shared order filling or shared order processing, or both.

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;
