Provision of Purchased Services. We shall make the Purchased Services available to You pursuant to this Agreement and the relevant Order Forms during a subscription term. You agree that Your purchases hereunder are neither contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features nor dependent on any oral or written public comments made by Us regarding future functionality or features.
Provision of Purchased Services. We will (a) make the Services and Content available to You pursuant to this Agreement and the applicable Order Forms, (b) provide applicable DealerTeam standard support for the Services to You at no additional charge, and/or upgraded support if purchased, (c) use commercially reasonable efforts to make the online Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (i) planned downtime (of which We shall give advance electronic notice as provided in the Documentation), and (ii) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including, for example, an act of God, act of government, flood, fire, earthquake, civil unrest, act of terror, strike or other labor problem (other than one involving Our employees), Internet service provider failure or delay, Non-DealerTeam Application, or denial of service attack.
Provision of Purchased Services. We will (a) make the Services and Content available to You pursuant to this Agreement and the applicable Order Forms, (b) provide Our standard support for the Purchased Services to You at no additional charge, and/or upgraded support if purchased, and (c) use commercially reasonable efforts to make the online Purchased Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (i) planned downtime (of which We shall give at least 8 hours electronic notice and which We shall schedule to the extent practicable during the weekend hours between 6:00 p.m. Friday and 3:00 a.m. Monday Pacific time), and (ii) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including, for example, an act of God, act of government, flood, fire, earthquake, civil unrest, act of terror, strike or other labor problem (other than one involving Our employees), Internet service provider failure or delay, Xxx-Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx Application, or denial of service attack.

SFDC will (a) make the Services and Content available to Customer pursuant to this Agreement, and the applicable Order Forms and Documentation, (b) provide applicable SFDC standard support for the Purchased Services to Customer at no additional charge, and/or upgraded support if purchased, (c) use commercially reasonable efforts to make the online Purchased Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (i) planned downtime (of which SFDC shall give advance electronic notice), and (ii) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond SFDC’s reasonable control, including, for example, an act of God, act of government, flood, fire, earthquake, civil unrest, act of terror, strike or other labor problem (other than one involving SFDC employees), Internet service provider failure or delay, Non-SFDC Application, or denial of service attack, and (d) provide the Services in accordance with laws and government regulations applicable to SFDC’s provision of its Services to its customers generally (i.e., without regard for Customer’s particular use of the Services), and subject to Customer’s and Users’ use of the Services in accordance with this Agreement, the Documentation and the applicable Order Form.

Copado will (a) make the Services and Content available to Customer pursuant to this Agreement, and the applicable Order Forms and Documentation, (b) provide applicable Copado standard support for the Purchased Services to Customer at no additional charge, and/or upgraded support if purchased, (c) use commercially reasonable efforts to make the online Purchased Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (i) planned downtime (of which Copado shall give advance electronic notice), and (ii) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Xxxxxx’x reasonable control, including, for example, an act of God, act of government, flood, fire, earthquake, civil unrest, act of terror, strike or other labor problem (other than one involving Copado employees), Internet service provider failure or delay, Non-Copado Application, or denial of service attack, and (d) provide the Services in accordance with laws and government regulations applicable to Xxxxxx’x provision of its Services to its customers generally (i.e., without regard for Customer’s particular use of the Services), and subject to Customer’s use of the Services in accordance with this Agreement, the Documentation and the applicable Order Form.

REVTWO will (a) make the Services and Content available to Customer pursuant to this Agreement, and the applicable Order Forms and Documentation, (b) provide applicable REVTWO standard support for the Purchased Services to Customer at no additional charge, and/or upgraded support if purchased, (c) use commercially reasonable efforts to make the online Purchased Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (i) planned downtime (of which REVTWO shall give advance electronic notice), and (ii) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond REVTWO’s reasonable control, including, for example, an act of God, act of government, flood, fire, earthquake, civil unrest, act of terror, strike or other labor problem (other than one involving REVTWO employees), Internet service provider failure or delay, Non-REVTWO Application, or denial of service attack, and (d) provide the Services in accordance with laws and government regulations applicable to REVTWO’s provision of its Services to its customers generally (i.e., without regard for Customer’s particular use of the Services), and subject to Customer’s use of the Services in accordance with this Agreement, the Documentation and the applicable Order Form.
Provision of Purchased Services. Subject to this Agreement including any applicable Order Form, we will do the following: (a) provide you with standard support, or upgraded support if purchased, and (b) use commercially reasonable efforts to make the online Purchased Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except for: (i) scheduled maintenance; (ii) force majeure events, including an act of God, act of government, flood, fire, earthquake, war, terrorism, service provider failure, or denial of service attack; or
Provision of Purchased Services. We will provide the Purchased Services to You pursuant to this Agreement and the relevant Order Forms for the duration of Your subscription (the Subscription Period).
