Project Administration Fee definition

Project Administration Fee means the monthly fee payable by Purchaser as described in Section 3.2(b). [“Project Participant” has the meaning specified in the Bond Indenture.] “Purchaser” has the meaning specified in the preamble.

Examples of Project Administration Fee in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Gas Purchaser shall continue to be obligated to pay the Project Administration Fee with respect to its Daily Contract Quantity.

Related to Project Administration Fee

  • Settlement Administration Costs means all costs and fees of the Settlement Administrator regarding Notice and Settlement administration.
