Administration Fee Rate definition

Administration Fee Rate. The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate.

Administration Fee Rate. With respect to each Loan will be equal to the sum of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate, (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate and (iv) the rate at which the premium payable in connection with any lender paid primary mortgage insurance policy is calculated, if applicable. Advance: Either (i) a Monthly Advance made by a Servicer as such term is defined in and pursuant to the related Servicing Agreement or (ii) a Monthly Advance made by the Master Servicer or the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.4.
