Collateral Management Fee definition

Collateral Management Fee means each of the Senior Management Fee, the Subordinated Management Fee and the Incentive Collateral Management Fee.
Collateral Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(a).

Collateral Management Fee shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3.3.
Collateral Management Fee. The fee payable to the Collateral Manager on each Payment Date in arrears in respect of each Accrual Period pursuant to Sections 2.7(a)(2) and (b)(2) or Section 2.8(2), as applicable, which fee shall be equal to the product of (a) the result obtained by dividing (x) the numerical mean of the Adjusted Borrowing Value of all Loans owned by the Borrower on the first day and the last day of such Accrual Period by (y) the number of days in such Accrual Period divided by 360 and (b) a 0.50%.
Collateral Management Fee means each of the Senior Collateral Management Fee, the Subordinated Collateral Management Fee and the Incentive Collateral Management Fee and “Collateral Management Fees” shall be construed accordingly;
Collateral Management Fee means the Senior Collateral Management Fee and the Subordinated Collateral Management Fee, collectively.
Collateral Management Fee means the monthly fee, accruing from the Closing Date, payable in arrears on each Payment Date for the related Interest Accrual Period, in an amount equal to 0.35% per annum (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year and the actual number of days elapsed) of the Monthly Asset Amount.
