Production Committee definition

Production Committee means a production committee responsible to and which shall be established by the Head or Principal of a school and comprising members of staff, representatives of parents or local community and, except in the case of a lower primary school, pupils or students;
Production Committee means the committee described in Section 16.1.

  • Within [***] after a POTENTIAL PRODUCT has been selected by the RESEARCH COMMITTEE, the JOINT STEERING COMMITTEE shall appoint a DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION COMMITTEE to plan and manage the manufacturing and supply activities to be performed under this AGREEMENT with respect to the SELECTED REAGENT for such POTENTIAL PRODUCT, and facilitate communication between the PARTIES during such time as NEKTAR AL supplies XXXXXX with such SELECTED REAGENT hereunder.

  • Any representative on the RESEARCH COMMITTEE or the DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION COMMITTEE may refer matters to the SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL ADVISORY BOARD for its input and advice.

  • The SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL ADVISORY BOARD should bring their expertise to support matters referred to it by the RESEARCH COMMITTEE or the DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION COMMITTEE.

  • Any disagreements between the PARTIES’ representatives at the PRODUCTION COMMITTEE level shall be referred to the PARTIES’ senior management.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, neither the JOINT STEERING COMMITTEE, the RESEARCH COMMITTEE nor the DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION COMMITTEE shall have the right or power to amend the terms of this AGREEMENT or waive rights or obligations of the PARTIES hereunder, or take any action that would conflict with any provision of this AGREEMENT, the SUPPLY AGREEMENT or a QUALITY AGREEMENT.

Related to Production Committee

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 116;

  • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;
